Claude your teams keep using, connected to your own data and tools.
A kickoff day, then twelve weeks with me at your office, one day a week. We set Claude up for the real work of your teams, connect it to the tools you already use, and train people inside the company to carry it on.
3 pilot places for Q1 2027.
Companies of roughly 50 to 500 people that are rolling Claude out to whole teams, or have it in next year’s budget.
You’ve bought Claude for whole teams and want people to still be using it three months from now.
Claude is in next year’s plan and you want a rollout plan before you buy the seats.
People stop using it.
The first few weeks go well. Then most people drift back to the old way of working, and the seats sit there unused.
It doesn’t know your company.
Nobody connects it to your own data and tools, so it never sees the invoices, contracts and reports people actually work on.
A kickoff day, twelve weeks on site, then a handover. After that, help only if you want it.
- Day 1KickoffHalf a day with leadership, half a day with two or three teams. You get a map of use cases, rules for which data can go into Claude, and a rollout plan.
- Weeks 1–12One day a week at your officeFirst I measure how much Claude is used today. Then we build Projects, skills and connectors (MCP) to your tools, and I train internal champions in each team.
- Week 12HandoverYour champions take it over. You keep everything we built, and the numbers from week 1 to week 12.
- AfterA fractional AI lead, if you want oneA few days a month on a retainer: new use cases, new connectors, and someone to call when something stops working.
Two numbers, taken before week 1 and every week after, so you can see whether it’s working.
How many people use Claude in a given week, team by team. This is the number that shows whether it stuck.
On workflows we name at the start, like the monthly report or a first read of a contract, measured before and after.
Tools I built and use myself. They’re made of the same parts the program puts together for your teams.
Claude creates invoices, manages contacts and checks payments in iDoklad, the invoicing tool many Slovak companies use. This is the kind of connector the program builds for your own tools.
